More Than 21 Tons of Apple Shipments Found in Banned Pesticides Stopped in Bulgaria

In Bulgaria, shipments of more than 21 tons of apples were stopped because a pesticide banned for use in the European Union was detected. The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (БАБХ) has announced that the shipment will be returned to its country of origin due to the irregularity identified in laboratory testing.
