Cooling Devices Faulted by Cyber Attack in Some K-Stores in Finland

The failures in refrigeration systems of food stores across Europe are linked to deficiencies in information security and cloud services, according to Jussi Jokinen, a refrigeration automation expert from Caverion. On Monday night in Finland, some K-stores saw malfunctions in the temperatures of their cooling devices. In Sweden, devices in a limited number of stores of the ICA chain were targeted by cyber attackers.
