Energy prices subject to regulation increased by 59.5% compared to October 2025. In this group, the price of liquid fuels rose by 45.5%, the price of natural gas distributed over the grid by 38.5%, and the price of electricity by 35.8%. In private transportation, the price of motor oil increased by 37.6%, while the rise in gasoline remained at 19.4%. The source links the more limited increase in gasoline to the price ceiling imposed by some companies.

The toughest rises in food shopping have been seen in fresh produce. The price of fruiting vegetables increased by 30.9%, which included products such as tomatoes, peppers and eggplants. The increase in berries and other forest fruits was 29.3%, while leafy and stalked vegetables had an increase of 13.0%, and fresh pulses of 11.7%. In services, the rental and repair of sporting goods, jewellery and watches, paid home services and air passenger transport were priced higher.

In some food and consumption items, prices declined. The price of butter and other dairy fats dropped by 14.1%, the total fat and solid fats category by 7.2%, and vegetable oils by 5.9%. Sugar and cereals showed a 2.8% drop, wine by 2.6%, and fresh milk by 2.1%. The source points to the recovery of olive oil production in Spain and the impact of international competition in the decline in oil prices.
