In Santa Rosa, most of the varieties are heavily budding and flowering. In more advanced areas, trees have moved into the fruiting period and bear good crop load. Farmers continue routine work such as fertiliser application, plant health practices, pruning, and cleaning of lichens with seaweed in the trunks.
